Retreat Workshop Weekends

Your are so welcome to turn your workshop experience into three nights of complete retreat.


Arrive on Friday afternoon from 3pm onward.

Settle in, start to relax in the peace of the

North Norfolk countryside, and enjoy

a delicious home cooked supper.

 

On Saturday, experience the one day workshop on your chosen weekend.

 

Sunday morning can start with breathing, chanting and meditation, depending on your inclination, followed by a one hour private yoga session before breakfast.

There will be lots of time to check in and ask questions, and, if you would like to explore other areas of Kundalini Yoga, you can do so by separate negotiation.

Meals are included during the whole of the weekend, and you are free use the rest of your time in between in any way that you choose. Why not explore the area, read, walk in the woods, watch wildlife, experience the cafe in the village shop, sit by the stream, or anything else that helps you relax.

You are welcome to leave at your own pace any time on Monday morning.

Accommodation

 

is on-site with a choice of three well furnished and comfortable twin and double bedrooms in the main house or ‘The Retreat’ containing 1 double bedroom. Meals are fully catered for and optional, as well as being home-made, fresh and vegan or vegetarian. Special diets catered for.  Guests occupying ‘The Retreat’ also have the option to self-cater; the price of the weekend can be tailored to accommodate self catering.
