Settle in, start to relax in the peace of the

North Norfolk countryside, and enjoy

a delicious home cooked supper with like minded people.


On Saturday, unwind during a morning of

Yoga and Relaxation 10-12.00
(suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced)






This workshop teaches you techniques to relax both the mind and the body through Yasodhara Hatha Yoga, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and meditation. A perfect opportunity to slow down and reconnect to a place of inner peace and calm.

Explore  the meaning hidden in your dreams in the Dream Yoga Workshop, 2.00-4.00pm

“Are we living in one world- the world in which we walk with our feet? Or do we live in another world- a world of thought and dream? Which is real? When does life become a reality and when is just another dream?… Our dreams are our own creations, and as we study them we learn our personal language of the unconscious.” Swami Sivananda Radha.

Exploring dreams helps us to learn the personal language of our own subconscious dreaming mind, and as we study them they can reveal its messages.The dreaming mind speaks to us in symbols. There can be no generalization about symbols because we each develop our own symbolic language. Sunday morning

1-2-1 Hatha Yoga, 10-11

An opportunity to carry on unwinding and relaxing in this gentle class, suitable for all levels.

You are then free to explore the area, relax and depart any time after breakfast on Monday.


You can leave at your own pace. It’s possible to extend your stay or arrive earlier.

Retreat Accommodation


is on-site with a choice of three well furnished and comfortable twin and double bedrooms in the main house or ‘The Retreat’ containing 1 double bedroom. Meals are fully catered for and optional, as well as being home-made, fresh and vegetarian. Guests occupying ‘The Retreat’ also have the option to self-cater.
