Yasodhara Yoga European Community Retreat July 2019 North Norfolk

This is an invitation for anyone who has been to Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia Canada or has attended Yasodhara workshops or classes to come on retreat for community time together.

If you have not been to the ashram, this will give you a ‘taste of the ashram’. We will share satsang, teaching, shopping, cooking, karma yoga and living together during the week of the 15th – 18th July.

Come for as little or as much as you’d like, depending on availability. There are 8 beds available, two of which could be private doubles if you’d like to bring a partner.

Dates: Arrive any time from 3pm on Friday July 12th, depart on Thursday 18th July

The schedule will be up to the participants, and could start with a morning chanting session followed by a Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga Class, followed by a hearty brunch.

If other Yasodhara teachers are attending, the invitation will be to share the teaching. If anyone is moved to offer a Dream or Kundalini workshop, it will be very welcome. Likewise, we can take turns to offer satsang.

Things to do whilst on retreat.

After brunch there will be opportunities for karma yoga, and the rest of the day will be yours to spend as you like. Supper is in the late afternoon (about 6 hours after brunch) and satsang will be offered in the evening.
