Rest, restore, renew, relax, explore.

 

Explore your goals and intentions for the New Year in the deep and peaceful Norfolk countryside.

You are invited to relax in a warm and comfortable country house, snuggle by the wood burner, eat home made organic whole food, take time out to recharge, stroll in the country lanes and woods.

Each morning you will be led in a gentle Yasodhara Hatha Yoga classes.

The daily workshops will help you to get in touch with your goals and intentions for the New Year and give practical tools to help them become grounded in daily life.

Arrive on Tuesday 2nd January for supper. All meals are fully catered for and are home made, and organic where possible. All dietary requirements are catered for.

On Wednesday, enter into the Kundalini Chakra System and begin to connect with the wisdom within. Learn tools to help move towards fulfilling your potential

On Thursday and Friday going deeper into your Goals and Intentions, and on Saturday, consolidating your discoveries and taking them forward into your daily life.

Depart after lunch on Saturday. You are, of course, welcome to extend your stay after the course.

There are seven residential places available.

It may also be possible to attend on a daily basis.

Itinerary

Arrive on Tuesday afternoon from 3pm onwards. Enjoy a delicious home cooked organic wholefood supper before getting to know like minded people, relaxing and settling down into your comfortable room.

Each morning starts at 8am with an hours Yasodhara Yoga Hatha yoga session, which is carefully planned with complementing the daily workshop in mind.

Breakfast is at 9am, and you have until 10am to relax before the morning workshop.

On Wednesday morning, 10-12, we enter into the Kundalini System and explore the chakras one by one, unfolding the key symbols and concepts associated with each level of consciousness.

Lunch is after the morning workshop and may be held in silence, depending on what is being explored during the day. There is then time to go for a walk, read, rest, relax, and simply please yourself. There may also be reflections to consider from the mornings workshop during that time.

The second half of the workshop is from 3 until 5pm, after which you have nearly an hour until supper, which is at 5.45pm.

After supper, satsang will be offered to those who would like to take part, from 7-7.45pm. This is entirely optional.

You then have the rest of the evening to carry on relaxing, unwinding, and reflecting.

On Thursday and Friday, we go further into the Kundalini system and explore our Goals and Intentions through meditation, chanting, visualisation, relaxation and reflecting. These allow us to bypass the intellect and allow the intuition to guide us. The schedule is the same, although we can change and adapt it as a group if we feel the need.

In Saturday mornings workshop, 10-12, we look back on the work that we’ve done and learn how to take forward our ideals and put them into practice in daily life.

Lunch is available afterwards, and you can depart when you like.
