This summer, you are warmly invited to come to Harnsers End deep in the Stunning Rural North Norfolk Countryside, and spend a relaxing weekend on retreat, with Yoga and Vegan Cooking lessons with Jane, who has been a Yoga teacher since 1999, and creating delicious Vegan/Vegetarian for many decades.
You will arrive on Friday afternoon to a fabulous home made (organic where possible) gluten free vegan meal, and can stay until Monday, departing after brunch. If you’d like to stay before or afterwards, that can be arranged separately.
Dates: July 12-15th and August 9-12th.
Places limited to 6.
As well as being a dedicated Yasodhara Yoga teacher, Jane also holds certificates in Raw Vegan ‘cooking’ and coaching, and, food hygiene.
Along side the Yoga and meditation sessions in the mornings, you will be provided with sumptuous vegan meals, and shown how to make stunning, as well as healthy, vegan dishes from scratch. You will be provided with recipes of dishes that you have been served during the weekend, so you can take them home and try them for yourself.
During this weekend retreat, each morning will start with a meditation and chanting session, followed by a Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga class with an extended relaxation afterwards.
You will come out of your class to a sumptuous vegan brunch, and have the rest of the day to spend as you wish. In the late afternoon on Saturday and after brunch on Sunday, you will be shown how to create delicious vegan dishes in Jane’s rustic kitchen overlooking the back garden with pond and decking, which we will then enjoy together afterwards.
